Tools

Everything we use to build, ship and film a product.

This is the exact stack behind our own launches. Each card says what the tool does for you, what it costs, and whether there's a free alternative. Prices change, so check the sign-up page before you pay for anything.

Affiliate links. This course is free. Some tool links are affiliate links: if you sign up through them we may earn a small commission or account credit, at no extra cost to you. More

Claude

What it does
Claude is the AI agent that does the work in this course. You use the desktop app to plan and talk things through, and Claude Code to build, deploy, test, record and edit.
Why we use it
One agent can run the whole pipeline. It writes code, drives a browser, and reaches your other tools through connectors, so you make the decisions and it handles the chores.
Cost
There is a free plan, but Claude Code needs a paid plan. Plans change, so check the current tiers and prices on the sign-up page before you choose.
Plan we use
A paid Claude plan that includes Claude Code.
May be an affiliate link. Same price for you.Get Claude

Cloudflare

What it does
Cloudflare hosts your web app (Pages and Workers), manages DNS, and can register domains.
Why we use it
The free hosting tier is enough for most projects, sites load fast, and the agent can deploy for you with Cloudflare's command-line tool, wrangler.
Cost
There is a free tier that covers most course projects, with paid plans if you outgrow it. Domains are paid separately. Check current prices on the sign-up page.
Plan we use
The free plan, with a paid domain when a project goes live.
May be an affiliate link. Same price for you.Get Cloudflare

Wispr Flow

What it does
Wispr Flow turns your speech into text in any app, including Claude.
Why we use it
Most people talk much faster than they type. Speaking a brief or a round of feedback gets more of your thinking onto the page, and the agent gets better instructions.
Cost
There is a free tier with limits and a paid plan for heavier use. Check the current limits and prices on the sign-up page.
Plan we use
The paid plan, because we dictate every day. The free tier is fine to start with.
Free alternative
The dictation built into Windows (Win + H) or macOS (press the Fn or Globe key twice).
May be an affiliate link. Same price for you.Get Wispr Flow

VibeKit

What it does
VibeKit is a secure proxy between your web app and Airtable, plus an MCP server the agent uses to set it up. Your app can read and write Airtable data without exposing your Airtable token in the browser. We make VibeKit.
Why we use it
It lets you use Airtable as your database, content system and admin panel at the same time, safely, and the agent does the configuration.
Cost
See the VibeKit site for current pricing.
Plan we use
We use VibeKit for every Airtable-backed app in this course.
May be an affiliate link. Same price for you.Get VibeKit

ElevenLabs

What it does
ElevenLabs generates AI voices, voice clones, talking avatars with lip-sync, and music.
Why we use it
You get clear narration and an avatar presenter for your demo videos without recording yourself for every take.
Cost
Plans are credit-based, with a small free allowance and paid tiers that include more credits. Check what each plan includes on the sign-up page.
Plan we use
A paid plan with enough credits for regular narration. Voice cloning needs a paid plan (Starter or above).
Free alternative
Record the narration yourself with a decent USB microphone.
May be an affiliate link. Same price for you.Get ElevenLabs

Airtable

What it does
Airtable is a database that looks like a spreadsheet. It also gives you interfaces, automations and email sending, so it doubles as your admin back office.
Why we use it
You can see and edit every record yourself, which you can't easily do with a hidden SQL database. Your content, users and settings live where you can curate them.
Cost
There is a free plan with limits on records and automations, and paid plans with higher limits. Check the current limits and prices on the sign-up page.
Plan we use
The free plan for learning. Move to a paid plan when a project needs more records or automation runs.
May be an affiliate link. Same price for you.Get Airtable

Supporting tools

GitHub

What it does
GitHub stores your code online in repositories and keeps the full history of every change.
Why we use it
Every project in this course is a repo. If the agent breaks something, you can go back to a working version.
Cost
The free plan covers everything in this course, including private repos. Paid plans exist for larger teams. Check the sign-up page for details.
Plan we use
The free plan.
May be an affiliate link. Same price for you.Get GitHub

Google Gemini API

What it does
The Gemini API lets the agent generate images, such as product graphics, thumbnails and avatar stills.
Why we use it
The agent can make the images a project needs on demand, in a consistent style, without you opening a design tool.
Cost
There is a free tier with usage limits and pay-as-you-go pricing above it. Image models and prices change often, so check the current rates before you start.
Plan we use
An API key on the free tier, with billing turned on only when you need more.
Free alternative
Any image generator you already use. Save the images into the project folder by hand.
May be an affiliate link. Same price for you.Get Google Gemini API

Gmail / Google Workspace

What it does
Gmail, or Gmail on a Google Workspace account, sends your app's emails from Airtable automations.
Why we use it
You can send branded emails such as welcomes and notifications without signing up for a separate email provider.
Cost
A personal Gmail account is free. Google Workspace is a paid subscription per user and lets you send from your own domain. Check current prices on the sign-up page.
Plan we use
Google Workspace, so emails come from our own domain.
Free alternative
A free personal Gmail account, which is fine while you test.
May be an affiliate link. Same price for you.Get Gmail / Google Workspace
